I started Project 313 Mothers day 13 May. It has been 51 working days. When I first was inspired with this program I knew it was going to be a challenge to be able to keep this up 6 days of the week for 313 days till next Mothers day 2019.
I could see the potential of what it could become. My vision is to live the dream. To be able to do what I enjoy, making art, provide for my family and to free me up so that I am able to help others. This is what drives me.
When the time is flying by each day and it’s 10pm at night, my mind is blank with no idea at all on what to create the pressure is on to start. Every day has been very interesting and then to see what artwork I have finished late into the night.
I find myself eating late at night and not feeling like going to the gym (because it’s not as exciting as playing squash). I am continuously pushing myself. I am grateful my dad taught me the value of working whilst a young boy working in the forestry. I am grateful for my friend Rodney Burger who has helped me set up this website at very short notice and actively managing it each day. I am grateful for my wife and family for supporting me.
I have big shoulders even though one is not fully functionable to carry on with this project to the end.
